Method of using flaxseed oil: apply to the ends of the hair after washing the head (on wet or dry hair). For damaged hair: rub your scalp and hair with flaxseed oil before washing, put on a shower cap and a towel on top. Hold for about 2 hours. and wash your head with shampoo.
