USAGE
Shake the detergent before use. Before using SMOKE, the surface should be rinsed with cool water. The recommended concentration is 0.5 – 5.0% by volume. The exact concentration is determined at the workplace depending on the size of the contaminated area and the contamination. When washing smoking and bakery equipment, use a 3-5% detergent solution, 2-4% detergent solution for very greasy surfaces, 0.5-2% when washing with a dishwasher. The recommended temperature of the washing solution is 50-70 °С. Spray or brush the detergent on the surface to be cleaned, wait 15-30 minutes, then rub. Then rinse with water (high or low pressure) until the reaction is neutral. If necessary, repeat the procedure. To wash the sewage system, pour 200-250 ml of detergent into the opening of the sink or bathtub, drain, wait 2-3 hours, then rinse with a large amount of water. Do not use for washing non-alkaline non-ferrous metal surfaces.
